Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages: Expertly craft espresso drinks, cold brews, and seasonal specialties according to company standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide a friendly, memorable experience.
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate espresso machines, blenders, and POS systems.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including restocking supplies and sanitizing workstations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow baristas to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Training: Actively participate in paid training sessions to master brewing techniques and latte art.

- Passion for Coffee: A genuine interest in coffee culture and a desire to learn.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
