Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- Restock supplies and maintain the cleanliness of the store at all times.
- Cash handling and POS system operation.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
