Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Maintain clean and organized service areas, counters, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista or coffee experience required – full training provided!
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
