Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise across sales floor and storage areas
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Process inbound shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Execute store resets and promotional displays during overnight hours
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout facility
- Collaborate with overnight crew to achieve operational targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous retail or warehouse experience a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
