Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and racks according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Organize inventory, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and remove damaged or expired items.
- Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe for customers and staff.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and transporting products to the back of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Ensure price tags and signage are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM start time).
- Basic math skills for scanning items and handling cash (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation and a history of consistent attendance.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
