Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Transaction Handling: Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and folding clothing.
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
