Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the shipping and receiving areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock items in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Package and label orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (students are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
