Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship: Efficiently process, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our WMS systems.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move stock within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and clutter-free to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
