Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents and ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and quality control.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
