Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize products to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
