Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise according to shipment instructions using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock records.
- Perform regular cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient flow of goods and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
