Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage venue security and access control protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents
- Coordinate with day-shift team for seamless handovers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across premises
- Assist with inventory management during quiet periods
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays
- SIA Licence or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain alert during overnight hours
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to train)
- Experience in hospitality, security, or customer service preferred
- Valid UK driving licence advantageous
