Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities and comfort during night shifts

- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency alerts
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions
- Support inventory management and supply restocking procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week on flexible night schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for documentation tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
