Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge procedures during evening shifts
- Manage electronic health records with HIPAA-compliant accuracy
- Assist providers with clinical documentation and administrative tasks
- Triage patient inquiries and triage urgent calls appropriately
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain medical supply inventory
- Synchronize care team communications across departments
- Process insurance verifications and billing documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare administration experience
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner a plus)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover rotating evening/night shifts
