Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist patients with daily living activities including hygiene and mobility
- Accurately document patient care and observations in medical records
- Respond to patient calls and provide timely assistance during night hours
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Collaborate with overnight medical team to ensure seamless care continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification or medical assistant experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous night shift experience a plus
