Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations every 2 hours
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records and incident reports
- Respond to patient call bells within 5 minutes
- Collaborate with overnight nursing staff for care coordination
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clean patient environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (will train without)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ years healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions
