Your Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a critical role in our daily operations. Your duties will include:
- Processing incoming orders and managing inventory logs with high accuracy.
- Assisting customers with inquiries via phone and email during peak evening hours.
- Ensuring the workspace remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborating with the morning shift handover team to ensure seamless operations.
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining digital records using our CRM software.
- Adhering to all company safety protocols and compliance regulations.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation (if off-site work is required).
