Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations using electronic health records
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, mobility, and medication administration
- Respond to patient calls and emergencies following established protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff during shift transitions for seamless continuity of care
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
- Support families with updates on patient status and care plans
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in acute or long-term care
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and weekday evenings (6PM-6AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
