- Efficiently check in/out guests and manage room assignments using resort systems

- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Perform nightly audits and report maintenance concerns
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
