Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy using quality control protocols
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by department heads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security standards at all times
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance data efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience with proven accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy rate
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of database systems (SQL, Oracle) is a plus
