- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and proprietary data systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field
- Professional certification (CDA, CDIA) preferred
