Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy across all records
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on new software systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts with weekend flexibility
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field
- Background check and drug screening required
