Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of client data into company systems
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process transactions and documentation with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Utilize Excel and proprietary software for data manipulation and analysis
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or clerical role
