- Accurately input and update data across multiple client systems with 99.5% precision
- Perform daily data audits and resolve discrepancies using established protocols
- Generate weekly performance reports and productivity metrics for management review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information per HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless data continuity
- Utilize proprietary software to process high-volume transactional documents
- Adhere to strict deadlines during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience or equivalent clerical background
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of database management systems preferred
