Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99.5% precision
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform daily data audits and reconcile discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Utilize provided ergonomic equipment (dual monitors, specialized keyboards) for optimal productivity
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards for sensitive information
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel/Tableau dashboards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data validation tools
- Ability to work independently during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
