- Perform data audits and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and data security protocols
- Train on new systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years of data entry experience with 10,000+ KPH typing speed
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of data confidentiality regulations
- Reliable transportation to downtown Baltimore location
