Responsibilities
- Input, verify, and maintain high-volume data across multiple digital platforms with 99.5% accuracy
- Process daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies in real-time reporting systems
- Perform quality assurance checks on imported/exported datasets using validation protocols
- Generate and distribute daily performance metrics to department stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods for seamless workflow
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information handling
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data manipulation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy metrics
- Proficient in 10-key typing with 8,000+ keystrokes per hour and 0.5% error rate
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP) highly desirable
