Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and product data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 100% accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems efficiently.
- Review source documents for errors and discrepancies.
- Report data inconsistencies to the management team immediately.
- Perform routine data cleaning and maintenance tasks during night hours.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience with basic computer operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely.
