Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and systems
- Verify and cross-reference information to ensure 99.9% data integrity
- Process high-volume transactions following established protocols and timelines
- Generate daily/weekly reports and summaries for departmental review
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handover and continuity
- Identify and resolve discrepancies through systematic investigation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive organizational data
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards in all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
