Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and correct discrepancies in existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on collected data.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding data discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to company confidentiality and security protocols.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous data entry experience is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable transportation for on-site attendance.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
