- Process high-volume transactions during peak night shift hours (500+ records/shift)
- Generate and maintain detailed activity reports for team performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information handling
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and database management tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy (testing provided)
