Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company data into our secure databases.
- Verify and review data for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
- Organize and file digital and physical records to ensure easy accessibility.
- Communicate effectively with the team to resolve discrepancies in data.
- Generate and produce reports as requested by management.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards regarding sensitive information.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to night shift schedules.
Qualifications
