Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and account information into our centralized database systems.
- Verify and rectify data discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and organize digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform daily audits of entered data to identify potential errors.
- Assist in maintaining inventory logs and tracking systems.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding data updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and background check clearance.
