Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing data records.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data is error-free.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into electronic files.
- Assist in the maintenance of inventory and shipping records.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during the night shift.
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
