Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume transactional data across multiple systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial records with 99.9% accuracy
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and proprietary software for complex data analysis
- Implement strict data security protocols and confidentiality measures
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover
- Optimize data workflows using automation tools
- Train on new compliance frameworks quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced Excel certification or demonstrable expertise in pivot tables/VLOOKUP
- Proven track record of 99.5%+ data accuracy in previous roles
- Experience working with healthcare/financial data preferred
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for discrepancy resolution
