As a Night Shift Data Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of our information management system, ensuring that every digit entered is accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and client data into our centralized databases with a focus on error-free performance.
- Review incoming documents, invoices, and forms to ensure completeness and correct formatting before processing.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all data entries to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information at all times.
- Generate and format reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.
- Resolve discrepancies in data by cross-referencing records and contacting relevant departments or clients.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of data projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a night shift, 3rd shift, or administrative setting.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45-55 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night hours.
- Reliable attendance record and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
