- Utilize proprietary software and ERP systems for data management

- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Perform quality assurance checks on all entered data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting skills
- Comfortable working independently during night hours
- Basic database knowledge (SQL or similar preferred)
- Reliable transportation for night shift commute
