Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify patient data into electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Process and reconcile insurance claim forms with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards and data security protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
