Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update critical data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data trends for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital records and backup documentation systems
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience or equivalent certification
- Proven typing speed of 55+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
