Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in company databases
- Verify data integrity through systematic validation and cross-referencing
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA and company data security protocols
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel required) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy in sample tests
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures and SQL queries
