Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into proprietary systems with 99.5% precision
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital records against source documents
- Process high-volume transactional documents within SLA timelines
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data continuity
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
