- Accurately input, verify, and manage 10,000+ daily records in ERP systems
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control checks
- Process confidential client information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Generate daily productivity reports for departmental review
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless data handovers
- Utilize Excel for data reconciliation and trend analysis
- Adhere to strict SLA deadlines with 99.5% accuracy rate
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience with 8,000+ KPH typing speed
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
