Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of alphanumeric data across multiple platforms
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital records to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process transactions and maintain confidential client information with HIPAA compliance
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Utilize 10-key proficiency and specialized software for streamlined data processing
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols and company data standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 10-key numeric keypad expertise
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection capabilities
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of database systems (SQL, Access) a plus
