Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process transactions and documents with precision and timeliness
- Generate daily reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with day team for seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ kph typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
