- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy using validation protocols
- Process high-volume transactions with strict attention to detail
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with version control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, Sun-Thu)
