Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, financial records, and inventory data into proprietary systems
- Perform daily data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution with 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and internal databases
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during handover periods for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required, Access preferred)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures and data integrity principles
