Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage high-volume data across multiple client platforms
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and personal information
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy standards
- Utilize proprietary software systems for real-time data processing and reporting
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for all data handling
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and internal analytics tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
