Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and document transaction records following established protocols
- Utilize company-provided software (MS Office Suite, proprietary databases)
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for sensitive data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Reliable transportation to our Arlington facility
