Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy across all records
- Process high-volume transactions including financial records, inventory logs, and customer information
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data anomalies for resolution
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices and system protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Experience with SQL databases and Salesforce.com preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.1%
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends as needed
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field preferred
