Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process daily transaction records and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate and distribute daily productivity reports to department leads
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and basic analysis tasks
- Collaborate with day-shift team during handover periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and 10-key typing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Detail-oriented with strong error detection and resolution skills
- Reliable transportation for night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures (SQL knowledge a plus)
